Things are looking much better for QPR owner Tony Fernandes than they were two weeks ago.
Back then, the R's were thrashed 3-1 at home by Fulham - just days after Fernandes had tweeted about a 'new QPR' following victory over Ipswich.
Two draws then followed but QPR beat Birmingham 2-0 on Saturday afternoon, registering just Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's second home win of the campaign but doing it in style.
Criticism has poured in at Loftus Road this season but Fernandes outlined the west London club's long-term vision earlier this week.
And he didn't make any Twitter mistakes this times around. There were no bold claims or meaningless catchphrases. Indeed, Fernandes simply praised a 'solid' QPR performance - exactly the kind of thing the R's need more of as they build for a better future.
Next up for the west London side is a trip to MK Dons and, especially after the Birmingham triumph, that's another game Hasselbaink's men can definitely win.
