The Croatian is reportedly on the Spurs shortlist.
Tottenham Hotspur's decision or inability to sign a new striker in the January transfer market was seen as a big mistake by many this season.
At the moment they appear to be coping alright, in the Europa League final 16 and second in the Premier League - they are clearly coping.
But for next season it is highly likely that they will be bringing in a new striker this summer.
Now it is being rumoured that one of the players on the radar of Spurs might be Mario Mandzukic.
Calcio Mercato is reporting that Spurs and former club Bayern Munich are both interested in signing the player from Juventus this summer as the Croatian is keen on a move away from Turin.
He would only consider a move to Spurs however if they do qualify for the Champions League - which is looking very likely at the moment.
However the Croatian international would be an expensive option for Pochettino's men.
Kane is currently Spurs only out-and-out striker and the club have been linked with plenty of other names in the position.
Mandzukic might just be the start of a merry-go-round of striking transfer rumours for Spurs.
