West Brom - The Hawthorns

The Baggies skipper will be feeling much better today than he was exactly a week ago...

West Brom produced a brilliant Chris Brunt gesture ahead of their Premier League clash against Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.

The skipper came off injured against Palace but will still be feeling far better this weekend.

Indeed, Brunt's West Brom side beat the Eagles 3-2 - and there were no unsavoury scenes from fans.

Last week, the Baggies captain had a coin thrown at him by a supporter following a 3-1 defeat to Championship side Reading in the FA Cup.

In response, West Brom produced a brilliant gesture in the pre-match programme this week, which had Brunt on the cover and the word 'loyalty.'

Hopefully, the Midlands outfit won't have to deal with any such scenes in future and they certainly didn't during their Premier League win over Crystal Palace.

Next up for West Brom is a tough trip to table-toppers Leicester City on Tuesday night. But Tony Pulis's men will definitely be buoyed after the Palace game...
