Confirmed Wolves v Derby County line-ups: Helan makes debut, Shackell faces former club

Here is how Wolverhampton Wanderers and Derby County will line up this afternoon...

Wolverhampton Wanderers starting line-up: Ikeme; Iorfa, Batth, Ebanks-Landell, Doherty; Coady, McDonald, Saville; Byrne, Helan, Sigurdarson.

Wolverhampton Wanderers substitutes: Martinez, Hause, Rowe, Price, Hunte, Mason, Le Fondre.

Derby County starting line-up: Carson, Christie, Keogh, Shackell, Olsson, Hendrick, Johnson, Butterfield, Thorne, Russell, Martin.

Derby County substitutes: Grant, Buxton, Bryson, Hanson, Blackman, Ince, Weimann.

Wolverhampton Wanderers and Derby County meet in the Championship today, with neither side in particularly outstanding form heading into the game.

Wolves manager Kenny Jackett has come in for stern criticism of late, and many fans want him to leave the club after four defeats and three draws in seven games.

The Molineux crowd are unsurprisingly disgruntled with recent performances, as Wolves are now down in 15th place in the Championship table, a full 15 points adrift of the play-offs.

Today, Jackett has gone with a 4-3-3 system, as new loan signing Jeremy Helan makes his debut having signed from Sheffield Wednesday, whilst Bjorn Sigurdarson leads the line ahead of substitutes Joe Mason and Adam Le Fondre.

Meanwhile, Derby County recently snapped a run of four points in eight games by beating both Brentford and Blackburn, giving Darren Wassall his first victories as Rams boss.

Today, Wassall hands starts to attackers Jonny Russell and Chris Martin, whilst former Wolves defender Jason Shackell returns to face his former club this afternoon.

It's a strong bench for Derby too, as the likes of Nick Blackman, Thomas Ince and Andreas Weimann are all available as substitutes.
