Manchester United won against FC Midtjylland in the Europa League on Thursday.

Marcus Rashford has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his delight at making a dream debut for Manchester United on Thursday evening.

Rashford scored twice in his first competitive game for United, as the Red Devils got the better of FC Midtjylland 5-1 at home in the Europa League.

The 18-year-old striker was initially named as a substitute, but he was drafted into the Red Devils’ starting lineup due to a hamstring injury picked by Anthony Martial during warm-up.

The teenager showed no fear on his debut and scored in the 63rd and in the 75th minute.

Rashford has taken to Twitter to express his delight at his goals and has also revelled in his side’s progress to the last 16 of the Europa League.

United trio Morgan Schneiderlin, David de Gea and Juan Mata have also taken to Twitter to revel in the win in the second leg of the round of 32 tie.
