Tottenham got the better of Fiorentina 3-0 at home in the second leg of the Europa League round of 32 tie.
Ryan Mason put Spurs in the lead at White Hart Lane in the 25th minute, and Erik Lamela double the advantage on 63 minutes.
An own goal from Gonzalo Rodriguez in the 82nd minute wrapped up the scoring for the North London outfit.
The 3-0 home win means that Tottenham have progressed to the last 16 of the Europa League 4-1 on aggregate.
Marsh was following the match, and he was impressed with the performance of Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Former Tottenham goalkeeper Ray Clemence was also following the match, and he suggested on Twitter that Spurs can cope without star striker Harry Kane, who missed the game against Fiorentina due to a broken nose.
