The left-sided player has been snapped up by Kenny Jackett’s men, as they look to break out of their slump.
Helan has found first team chances hard to come by at Wednesday this season, but Carvalhal insists that the Frenchman still has a future at Hillsborough, and even suggested that he could be recalled from his spell at Molineux.
CC: Jeremy is a young and talented player, he wants to play and I understand absolutely #swfcLIVE— Sheffield Wednesday (@swfc) February 25, 2016
CC: He is a player we trust and we want him to play. We can recall him with 28 days notice but I think this move is very good for everyone— Sheffield Wednesday (@swfc) February 25, 2016
Wolves have turned to Helan as they look to fill the void which has been left by Jordan Graham’s recent injury.
Helan has proven to be a threat at Championship level previously, but his recent struggles to break into Wednesday’s side sum up the quality that the Owls have in their squad.
Helan has played just 17 Championship matches for the Owls this term, and he has not been selected since January.
He is expected to go straight into Wolves team, however, as they look to put their poor run of form to an end.
Wolves have failed to win any of their last six matches, with their next fixture coming against Derby County at the weekend.
