Speaking to Cittaceleste, the agent of Antonio Candreva has discussed the Lazio star moving clubs in the summer, with Liverpool reportedly keen on signing him in the next few months.
Federico Pastorello, the agent, said: “This is not the time to think about certain things, because Antonio only has Lazio in his thinking. He is working to his best in this regard.”
Pastorello remained coy on the links between Candreva and Liverpool, admitting that the 28-year-old winger is only focussing on performing with Lazio every week.
A right-sided winger, Candreva has scored seven goals in 21 Serie A games, and he will be hoping that his form earns him a place in the Italy squad at the European Championship this summer.
He is refusing to look past this summer with the international competition on the horizon, and Candreva is sure to hold off making any decision on his future until the end of the Euros this summer.
Candreva was linked with Liverpool two weeks ago, published in a report by ITA Sport Press.
That report claimed that a £25 million offer was being considered by the Reds, who would be pushing ahead with their plans to sign the winger this summer.
