Crystal Palace and Everton are reportedly interested in the Norwegian international.
Napoli and Milan are also keen on the midfielder, who currently captains Eredivisie side AZ Alkmaar.
Aged 23, Henriksen started his career with Rosenborg in his homeland, moving to Alkmaar in 2012 as a highly rated youth.
Since heading to the Netherlands, Henriksen has played 131 games, scoring 29 goals and registering 16 assists as an attacking midfielder.
He has also won 24 caps for his country, scoring twice, and establishing himself as a good player in one of Europe’s top leagues.
This season he has scored 11 goals in 21 games, and his rise to prominence has brought around increased interest in the midfielder.
The two Italian teams are scouting him, along with Everton and Palace, who are considering making a move for Henriksen in the summer.
The Eagles and Everton believe they can get ahold of Henriksen for a low price, seeing as he will be heading into the final year of his contract this summer, meaning Alkmaar could be forced to sell him to ensure they don’t lose their star for free the following year.
