Manchester United won 3-0 against Shrewsbury Town to progress to the quarter finals of the FA Cup last night.
Jesse Lingard continues to win admirers at Manchester United, after the youngster put in another excellent performance against Shrewsbury Town last night.
United cruised into the quarter finals of the FA Cup, after dominating Shrewsbury throughout the match, and Lingard got on the scoresheet.
The England youth international has scored four goals in his last nine appearances, and continues to go to strength to strength in United’s team.
While many of the Red Devils players have performed below expectations this season, Lingard has certainly progressed under Louis van Gaal’s stewardship.
And United fans have backed him to have a very bright future ahead at Old Trafford.

United made their way through against Shrewsbury Town by winning 3-0 at Greenhous Meadow.
Van Gaal’s men took command of the tie when Chris Smalling scored in the first half, and they scored another goal through Juan Mata, before Lingard rounded off the triumph.
The Red Devils will now face West Ham United in March, with the winner of the tie guaranteed of a place at Wembley in the semi-finals.
