Sky Sports pundit picks two key games for Leicester in title run-in

Tony Cottee

Matches against Norwich City and West Bromwich Albion will be key, suggests Tony Cottee.

Former West Ham United striker Tony Cottee suggested on the Gillette Soccer Saturday show on Sky Sports News HQ last Saturday afternoon (February 20, broadcast from 12pm) that matches against Norwich City and West Bromwich Albion will seal’s Leicester City’s Premier League title fate.

Leicester will take on Norwich at the King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon before facing West Brom at home on March 1.

“I think they have got the easiest run-in, Leicester, I honestly believe that,” said former Leicester striker Cottee.

“The Norwich and the West Brom games are the games that are going to dictate what happens because they are the games that Leicester are expected to win,” added the former England international.

Leicester are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 53 points from 26 matches.

The Foxes are two points clear of both Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, and are one of the favourites to win the league title.

Norwich are in real danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season, while West Brom are just eight points above the bottom three.

Playing at home will give Leicester an advantage against the Canaries and the Baggies, but they are not going to find it easy to win against either of them.
