According to the Daily Mirror, both West Bromwich Albion and Southampton are chasing Gent striker Laurent Depoitre.
The 27-year-old forward has been linked with a host of Premier League clubs, including the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United already.
And Gent are believed to be looking to cash in on the forward, with interest rising in his services.
The Belgian club realise that they do not have the financial power to compete with Premier League sides, and they are now looking for £12 million for their prized asset in the summer.
Depoitre has scored 13 goals so far this season, and with West Brom and Southampton both keen on enhancing their forward options the pair have both been scouting the front man.
West Brom believe that Depoitre could aid their search for goals, with Tony Pulis’ side lacking a potent forward all season.
Southampton, meanwhile, brought in Charlie Austin from Queens Park Rangers in January, but Ronald Koeman reportedly still wants to add further quality to his forward ranks.
Depoitre’s contract expires at the end of next season, and the Mirror claim that he is certain to leave Gent in the summer.
