The Queens Park Rangers chief has taken to social media once more.
Good day in Loftus road. Enjoyable meeting main discussion who was better striker. pic.twitter.com/R9NVONyvlH— Tony Fernandes (@tonyfernandes) February 22, 2016
After another poor result at the weekend - the R's drew 1-1 with relegation-threatened Bolton and only just managed to sneak a draw - Fernandes, Ferdinand and Hasselbaink were all hard at work at Loftus Road on Monday.
Of course, fans will hope the trio were hard at work.
The suggestion the 'main discussion' was about who was the better striker is a worrying one for QPR fans...
The R's need plenty of work and, while JFH should be given time, he needs proper backing. Enough messing around in west London, Fernandes and Ferdinand need to oversee a proper recruitment drive. It's either overpaying players over the hill at Loftus Road or signing younger players who don't seem good enough en masse.
If QPR are to progress under their current management team, signs of progress need to be shown this season. And hopefully these meetings actually amount to something!
