Here is how we predict Manchester United will line up against FC Midtjylland this week:
Manchester United welcome FC Midtjylland to Old Trafford on Thursday evening for the second leg of their Europa League last-32 clash.
United lost 2-1 in the first game with the Danish side thoroughly deserving their advantage after outfighting and outperforming Louis van Gaal’s struggling stars for 90 minutes.
That said, the away goal scored by Dutch international Memphis Depay could still prove vital in this tie, although United will have to do a lot better than they have in Europe so far this season if they wish to progress.
In early team news, United are without Luke Shaw, Antonio Valencia, Marcos Rojo, Matteo Darmian, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Ashley Young and Wayne Rooney, while there are also major doubts regarding Adnan Januzaj, Guillermo Varela and Phil Jones.
Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, David de Gea and Marouane Fellaini are also doubtful for this encounter but all three are rated at 75 per cent to be fit for this game if called upon.
With all that in mind here is how we expect United to line up on Thursday evening:
