West Ham United won 5-1 against Blackburn Rovers yesterday.
The Hammers progressed to the quarter finals of the FA Cup yesterday, after putting in a wonderful performance against Blackburn Rovers.
Slaven Bilic’s side beat the Championship side 5-1 at Ewood Park, and Collison was dazzled by Dimitri Payet’s performance in the contest.
West Ham actually looked to be under threat when Blackburn took the lead early on in the contest through Ben Marshall.
However, that goal seemed to spark the Hammers into life, and they went on to assert their authority on the fixture.
West Ham equalised through Victor Moses, before Payet curled in a long-range free-kick to put them in front.
Emmanuel Emenike then added another two goals on his full debut, before Payet got in on the act again, by rounding off the scoring.
West Ham will now face the winners of Manchester United’s match against Shrewsbury Town in the quarter-finals, as they look to book a place at Wembley.
