Wolves fans have not reacted well to Van La Parra's Instagram bio change

Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Rajiv van La Parra has evoked comparisons with mercenaries Joleon Lescott and Jamie O'Hara after changing Instagram bio.

Rajiv van La Parra's Instagram bio change has not gone down at all well with supporters of Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Dutch winger's on-pitch displays continue to divide opinion among the Molineux faithful, with many criticising his most recent one in Saturday's defeat to Huddersfield Town, and his reaction to that on social media is unlikely to have won him too many new friends.

In fact, Van La Parra, who returned to the club last month following a spell at Brighton & Hove Albion, has even evoked comparisons with footballing mercenaries - and two former Wolves - Joleon Lescott and Jamie O'Hara after changing his bio to read: "One week they love you. Next week they hate you. Both weeks I got paid."

Lescott recently angered Aston Villa supporters by claiming to have "accidentally" Tweeted a picture of an expensive-looking sports car whilst driving following criticism, while O'Hara was exiled by Wolves manager Kenny Jackett as he sought to build a positive attitude within the squad following the club's relegation to League One, the Birmingham Mail reported last year.

Now is seemingly the turn of Van La Parra, who's scored twice in 56 appearances since joining Wolves from Heerenveen, to feel the wrath, as evidenced below:
