West Brom fans react to Reading defeat, make feelings about Pulis clear

Tony Pulis Interview - 23/02/2014

Many West Brom fans feel it's time for Tony Pulis to leave the club.

West Bromwich Albion crashed out of the FA Cup after a 3-1 defeat away at Championship side Reading on Saturday afternoon.

The Baggies actually took the lead at the Madejski Stadium, as Darren Fletcher opened the scoring - but that's as good as it got for West Brom in a miserable afternoon.

Former West Brom defender Paul McShane scored against his former club to equalise, before Chelsea loanees Michael Hector and Lucas Piazon notched to seal a 3-1 win for Brian McDermott's men.

The defeat once again piled the pressure on manager Tony Pulis, with fans clearly growing more and more disgruntled with the club's current direction.

With just one win in the last six Premier League games, an embarrassing cup exit and a turgid brand of football, it seems that Pulis' time in charge at The Hawthorns is coming to an end.

Fans took to Twitter after the final whistle to make it clear that the clock is ticking for Pulis, and they want him gone either at the end of the season or immediately.

Supporters also suggested that David Moyes or Brendan Rodgers should be targeted as potential replacements for Pulis when he does go, with fans clearly unhappy right now.

Here are some of the reactions from West Brom after losing 3-1 to Reading on Saturday afternoon...
