West Brom

West Bromwich Albion lost to Reading in the FA Cup on Saturday.

Former Queens Park Rangers and West Ham United winger Trevor Sinclair has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the Chris Brunt incident on Saturday afternoon.

Brunt was struck on the face by a coin thrown by a West Bromwich Albion fan after the FA Cup fifth-round tie against Reading at the Madejski Stadium.

The 31-year-old winger had gone over to give his shirt to one of the Baggies fan after the 3-1 defeat to Championship side Reading.

Sinclair has condemned the incident on Twitter, and has suggested that Brunt applauding the West Brom supporters after the loss shows that he cares.

Brunt has been on the books of West Brom since 2007 and has a contract until June 2017.

The Northern Ireland international has created 21 chances in 21 Premier League appearances for the Baggies so far this season.

The winger has a pass accuracy of 70% and a shot accuracy of 27%, and has won 25 headers, 14 dribbles and 22 tackles.
