Visitors Leeds had 41% of the possession, took six shots of which just one was on target, and earned four corners.
Leeds will return to action on Tuesday evening when they take on Fulham at Elland Road in the Championship.
Steve Evans’s side are 11 points above the relegation zone and 16 points behind Sheffield Wednesday, who are currently sixth and occupy the final playoff spot.
