Everton beat Bournemouth 2-0 to progress to the FA Cup quarter-finals.
A number of Everton’s first-team players have celebrated their victory over Bournemouth in the fifth round of the FA Cup this weekend.
The Toffees beat Bournemouth 2-0 at Dean Court to secure their place in the quarter finals with an impressive display.
From the moment that goalkeeper Joel Robles saved a penalty in the first-half, Everton never looked back and they eventually stamped their authority on the tie.
Ross Barkley opened the scoring for the day when he took aim from range and his deflected shot looped over Artur Boruc.
Everton then extended their advantage through Romelu Lukaku, and they rarely looked threatened after establishing the two-goal advantage.
It was a win that was celebrated widely by Everton fans who are desperate to see their side deliver some silverware, and the likes of Joel, Aaron Lennon and Barkley all posted messages on social media after the match.
