Rangers will take on Queen of the South in the Scottish Championship this afternoon…

Rangers will be looking to continue their good run of form when they take on Queen of the South this afternoon.

The Gers will be aiming to pick up all three points from the Scottish Championship encounter at Palmerston Park.

Mark Warburton’s side will head into the game on the back of a 2-1 victory over Kilmarnock away from home in the Scottish Cup fifth-round replay.

Rangers are at the top of the Scottish Championship table at the moment with 60 points from 24 matches.

The Glasgow giants are eight points clear of Hibernian, who are currently second in the standings and have a game in hand.

Queen of the South are fifth in the league table at the moment with 31 points from 22 games.

It will not be easy for Rangers to win this afternoon, but the Gers will be favourites to pick up all three points from the encounter.
