The Queens Park Rangers boss may need time at Loftus Road but certainly hasn't made any progress so far.
The last thing QPR fans needed after a 3-0 derby-defeat to Fulham was more misery against relegation-threatened Bolton. But, were it not for a last-gasp Matt Phillips equaliser, supporters would have been ruing a 1-0 loss to Neil Lennon's men on Saturday afternoon.
A 1-1 draw was still far from good enough for the R's and, while the majority of QPR fans agree it's far too soon to speak of sacking Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, there have been some doubts expressed about his managerial record to date at Loftus Road.
Indeed, many supporters are questioning exactly what JFH has brought to the table since taking over the west London side.
A record of just two wins in 14 games is simply appalling and, while all QPR fans will understand this season is more or less over, a minimum standard of performance is still required.
The standard only seems to be slipping for the R's, though, and supporters have made their feelings clear on Twitter after the Bolton draw. Hasselbaink may need time but he also needs to improve his own management...
I'm all for giving JFH a chance, but he's not giving me any encouragement. Should know his players by now! #QPR— Kevin Gibbs (@g_erb) February 20, 2016
2 wins in 14 for JFH, squad can't be 100% the blame #QPR— Jack Brady (@Jack__Brady) February 20, 2016

If we'd won 2 in 14 but were playing good football and getting unlucky then I'd agree.
But we're not are we? #QPR

I do not believe JFH should be sacked but 2 wins in 14 is not progress and more worryingly the performances are truly uninspiring— Mr QPR (@QPRforum) February 20, 2016
Some odd comments on twitter tonight from #QPR fans almost praising JFH for his 2 in 14 record— Lee Wadlow (@Leewads) February 20, 2016
