Tottenham will face Palace at White Hart Lane in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon.
“Mauricio Pochettino’s side continue to impress and they are hard to oppose against an Eagles side who are likely to have former Spurs striker Emmanuel Adebayor in their ranks after his first goal for the club last weekend,” Owen wrote on Betvictor.com.
“That said the Eagles are hoping to have a couple of their better players back from injury and they have certainly missed Yannick Bolasie who has been linked with Spurs in the past.”
A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: Spurs to win to nil at 8/5.”
Tottenham are in good form at the moment and will head into the game against Palace as favourites.
The North London outfit are aiming to win the Premier League title this season, which means that head coach Mauricio Pochettino could make changes to his team.
Palace have been struggling in recent weeks, and perhaps manager Alan Pardew should use the FA Cup tie against Tottenham to get some form back.
The Eagles have a good team, and if Pardew fields his strongest available team against Spurs, then they could at least force a draw.
Tottenham are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 51 points from 26 matches, just two points behind leaders Leicester City.
Meanwhile, Palace are currently 13th in the standings with 32 points from 26 games, only eight points above the relegation zone.
