Alan Brazil predicts who’ll win Tottenham’s game v Fiorentina

Tottenham take on Fiorentina in Italy this evening.

Spurs taken on Fiorentina at the Stadio Artemio Franchi this evening, and Alan Brazil has told talkSPORT that he thinks a draw is the most likely result between the two high-flying sides,

Brazil said: “Tottenham have got the hardest game, in Florence. I think Tottenham can get a draw. I’m not saying they'll go there and get a win, but a score draw would be nice.”

Spurs sit second in the Premier League, whilst La Viola are third in Serie A, and both sides should be considered realistic contenders for the Europa League title.

Fiorentina won the two-legged tie between the two teams last season, drawing 1-1 at White Hart Lane, before returning to Florence and winning 2-0.

Spurs never looked up for either of those games, but this team are much more focused, and they have an advantage seeing as they are playing the second leg at home this time round.

A solid performance this evening, hopefully with an away goal, would give Spurs a leg up, before the return leg in England.

Brazil, who played for Spurs when they won the UEFA Cup in 1984, believes that Spurs have the toughest Europa League game of all the English sides involved, and he believes they can get a draw.

He is hoping for a score draw, but La Viola will be well aware that their best chance of progressing through the tie will be by keeping a clean sheet in the home leg this evening.
