Sunderland's Steven Fletcher forced to rap at his new club's initiation

Steven Fletcher Rapping

This is the best thing Steven Fletcher has ever done!

You may not know this, but at most clubs new signings are forced to do initiations which usually make them look very, very silly.

Back in the day, Brian Clough forced the first million pound player, Trevor Francis, to make the cups of tea at half-time and most players these days are forced to sing a song in front of their team-mates.

And with there being so many January transfer signings, we reckon there have been loads of initiations in recent weeks  but we've not been able to see them.

Until now that is... One of the strangest signings in the winter window was definitely that of Sunderland striker Steven Fletcher to Ligue 1 side Marseille.

And the club decided to reveal the Scottish international's initiation to the world and it's absolutely hilarious:

Yep, Fletcher pulled off a rather brilliant rendition of the theme to the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, though we reckon most of his team-mates won't be able to understand his thick Scottish accent!

We wonder if the 28-year-old will start banging them in for the French club between now and when his loan ends at the end of the season.
