Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Kortney Hause has reacted on social media site Twitter after making his comeback from injury yesterday.
Hause played for Wolves’ Under-21 side in their Birmingham Senior Cup tie against Solihull Moors.
And although Wolves lost the match on penalties, with Hause missing a spot-kick, the young defender was still pleased to have made it through 90 minutes.
Good to get 90 mins for the u21s tonight feeling knackered but injury free. Thanks to the fans who supported. Rest is crucial now— Kortnèy Hausè (@DaRealKPDH) February 16, 2016
Hause has had an injury disrupted campaign so far, after initially damaging his hamstring back on October.
The 21-year-old tried to rush back from that injury, but ended up causing a reoccurrence of the same problem, and he has had to be more cautious this time around.
Hause has joined a number of Wolves players on the treatment table, with Kenny Jackett’s side being very unfortunate with injury problems throughout the campaign to date.
Hause will be competing for a place in Wolves’ team with Danny Batth, Ethan Ebanks-Landell and Mike Williamson, as he aims to break back into Jackett’s starting line-up.
