The talented playmaker has also been on trial at West Brom recently.

Nottingham Forest took on Leeds United in an under-21 game earlier in the week and the main topic of discussion from the game was a trialist who sat on the Leeds bench.

William Vouama, a teenage French midfielder from ES Viry-Chatillon, is currently on trial at Thorp Arch.

Nottingham Forest also had a young talent on the bench as a trialist.

HITC Sport understands Mergim Qarri was on the bench for Forest's under-21s, as he is seemingly looking to impress at the club.

The 20-year-old Swiss youngster with Kosovan heritage spent time at West Brom on trial earlier in the year. The Birmingham Mail report that he has previously played for Aldershot Town and Wealdstone. He also spent time with Guiseley's academy.

He also has spent time with Servette and Etoile Carouge in Switzerland.

A skillful attacking midfielder with an eye for a set-piece he will hope to earn himself a contract at Forest where the likes of Oliver Burke, Ben Osborn and Tyler Walker have been produced in recent times.

It will be interesting to see if Qarri does enough to earn himself a deal at the City Ground.
