The former Ireland striker believes Kane will finish as top scorer.
Tottenham Hotspur's title tilt was confirmed at the weekend. They defeated Manchester City 2-1 at The Etihad Stadium to stay on the coat-tails of Leicester City in top spot.
Once again their star striker Harry Kane was on the scoresheet. The England international smashed home a penalty after a controversial handball award against Raheem Sterling from Mark Clattenburg.
Kane's finish took him to 16 Premier League goals this season, level with Romelu Lukaku of Everton and only three behind league leader Jamie Vardy of Leicester.
One former striker however believes that Kane will top the chart come the end of the campaign.
"He has become a real player. He has improved so much Harry. Things come quickly, hits them. No thinking. He'll bang them in, he'll sidefoot them in he'll get on the end of crosses. Harry's got a real range of goals and he's got hunger now.
"Kane (will finish as Premier League top scorer) and I think he'll go as England's leading goalscorer in the Premier League this year to the Euros."
Spurs striker Kane certainly looks on course to match his record in the league last season of 21 goals and to ensure he beats Vardy to the golden boot he will have to.
With Vardy, Kane captain Wayne Rooney and fit again Daniel Sturridge and Danny Welbeck all set for England duty this summer - the national team certainly should have high hopes for France.
