According to the Daily Star, Chelsea and Tottenham are both looking to sign Oostende left back Jordan Lukaku, the younger brother of Everton's Romelu Lukaku.
Lukaku, 21, came up through the ranks with Belgian giants Anderlecht alongside Romelu, but his career hasn't quite gone on the same trajectory.
After a successful loan spell with Oostende in the 2013-14 season - when Romelu was banging in the goals on loan at Everton - Jordan signed a permanent deal with Oostende, and has become a key player ever since.
With one Belgium cap to his name, Lukaku is starting to make a name for himself with Oostende - and it seems that his performances have attracted interest.
The Daily Star report that both Chelsea and Tottenham are very interested in signing the left back, with an offer of £3m believed to be enough to secure his signature.
Spurs already have two promising left backs in Ben Davies and Danny Rose, but as seen with DeAndre Yedlin on the right, Tottenham may be willing to snap up another young full back in Lukaku and loan him out whilst he develops.
Meanwhile, Chelsea signed Ghanaian left back Abdul 'Baba' Rahman last summer, but he hasn't made much of an impact just yet, and the Blues may see Lukaku as a long-term option at left back - but would be hoping that his time at Stamford Bridge would be more fruitful than Romelu's.
Should Chelsea or Spurs sign Lukaku?
