According to BBC Sport, IK Start midfielder Kristoffer Ajer is travelling to Glasgow to finalise a deal with Celtic on Tuesday.
The Bhoys were busy in January, completing deals for defender Erik Sviatchenko, winger Patrick Roberts and striker Colin Kazim-Richards - but manager Ronny Deila doesn't appear to be finished just yet, even though the transfer deadline passed two weeks ago.
BBC Sport report that midfielder Kristoffer Ajer, who underwent a trial period with Celtic last month, is travelling to Glasgow to sign a contact with the Bhoys.
Ajer, 17, has been tipped as one of the world's top young prospects, and is touted for stardom with Norway alongside Real Madrid's Martin Odegaard and West Ham's Martin Samuelsen.
After impressing on trial with Celtic, many had expected the wonderkid to sign for Celtic before the transfer deadline, but his compatriot Ronny Deila chose not to push through a deal.
Instead, Ajer will now sign a pre-contract agreement with Celtic, given that his contract with IK Start expires at the end of the season, meaning he can join the Bhoys in a bargain deal.
At 6ft 5in, Ajer is already a giant in midfield, and has the potential to become a real star - making this a major coup for Celtic, if the deal does go through in the next 24 hours, as expected.
Would Ajer be a good signing for Celtic?
