According to The Mirror, Southampton are now willing to sell Sadio Mane for around £30m - despite previously snubbing Manchester United's attempts to sign him.
Mane, 23, joined the Saints from Austrian giants Red Bull Salzburg in the summer of 2014, with many doubting his ability to step up from the Austrian Bundesliga to Premier League football.
However, the Senegal international has been superb for Southampton, notching ten goals last season and another seven goals this term, though he has now gone 15 games without finding the back of the net.
The Mirror report that Mane's exploits had attracted a big bid from Manchester United, but Southampton refused the offer as they wanted to keep their best players at the club - but in a surprise U-turn, the report claims that Southampton are now willing to sell Mane.
Having been dropped for Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Swansea City, it's suggested that there are questions over whether Mane fits into Ronald Koeman's new tactical outlook, and the Saints are ready to cash in on Mane if a club offers £30m this summer.
It's claimed that United are ready to revive their interest in Mane as they desperately look to add some pace to their side, with the exciting Mane a smart target thanks to his blistering speed.
However, it's also suggested that Manchester City are also looking to snap up Mane ahead of Pep Guardiola's appointment this summer - meaning we could see a Manchester bidding war for Mane's services this summer, if reports are to be believed.
Should Mane join Manchester City or Manchester United?
