Micky Hazard sends message to Henry about Tottenham defender, takes dig at Arsenal

Tottenham Hotspur won against Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday evening.

Micky Hazard has taken to social networking site Twitter to suggest that Thierry Henry should have included Toby Alderweireld in his top four combined XI.

Ahead of the weekend’s round of matches in the Premier League, Arsenal legend Henry named his combined XI from the top four teams for Sky Sports.

The former France international striker did not include Tottenham defender Alderweireld in his team, opting for Leicester City’s Robert Huth and Arsenal’s Laurent Koscielny as his centre-back pairing.

Former Tottenham midfielder Hazard has suggested on Twitter that Henry should have included Alderweireld in his team.

Hazard made the comment following Spurs’ 2-1 victory over Manchester City away from home at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday evening.

The former Chelsea midfielder has also taken a dig at Arsenal, suggesting that Spurs players do not take selfies like those at the Gunners do.

Tottenham are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 51 points from 26 matches, level on points with North London rivals Arsenal, who are third due to an inferior goal difference.
