Lee Dixon feels this move from Arsenal players was ill advised

Former Arsenal defender Lee Dixon isn't happy with the club's celebrations after beating Leicester.

Lee Dixon was part of one of Arsenal's greatest ever defences, known for their no nonsense approach.

The full-back is now a pundit and remains a big fan of the Gunners, but he was not so sure about the celebrations after their win over Leicester City.

Arsenal earned a 2-1 win, but only just, scoring in the fourth minute of injury time through a Danny Welbeck header.

The goal sparked wild celebrations in the stands at The Emirates, and the players were jubilant too, continuing into the dressing room.

Dixon posted on Twitter last night to comment that he was not sure whether the celebrations were too excessive, and were more befitting of a title winning celebration.

Arsenal are still behind Leicester City, but the gap is now just two points instead of the five it was heading into the game. With rivals Spurs winning, it was essential the Gunners got the late winner.

The celebrations may have been a bit over the top... but the players can't be accused of lacking passion...
