Huddersfield returned to winning ways in the Championship with a 2-0 triumph over Forest at the City Ground.
An own goal from Forest defender Matt Mills saw the visitors take the lead as early as the 14th minute, and Philip Billing added a second on 84 minutes.
Chilwell, who spent a part of this season on loan at Huddersfield, was delighted with the final result.
The win against Forest on Saturday means that Huddersfield are now 17th in the Championship table with 35 points from 31 matches.
During his loan spell at the John Smith's Stadium, Chilwell created four chances in seven Championship appearances.
The 19-year-old defender had a pass accuracy of 77%, and has won four headers, 12 dribbles and 10 tackles.
The teenager has yet to feature in the Premier League, but he has played in the FA Cup for Leicester this campaign.
During the January transfer window, The Sun reported that Arsenal were preparing an improved £4 million bid for Chilwell after seeing an initial offer of £3m rejected.
The British tabloid also reported of Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool’s interest in the youngster.
