Words cannot describe how bad Aston Villa were against Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
For the Reds, there was hope. Daniel Sturridge, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino linking up suggested a new era at Anfield. If Sturridge can stay fit, this could be some team - although that's a big 'if.'
Liverpool, however, were massively helped by an awful, awful Aston Villa side.

Neither Wolves nor Nottingham Forest are enjoying superb campaigns - but they are in far, far better shape than Aston Villa...
And they may even be when they play them in the Championship next season.
