Jordan Graham and Gary Gardner react on Twitter to Aston Villa thrashing

The former Villa star, currently at Wolves, and Nottingham Forest loanee took to social media after Liverpool's 6-0 win on Sunday afternoon...

Words cannot describe how bad Aston Villa were against Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.

For the Reds, there was hope. Daniel Sturridge, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino linking up suggested a new era at Anfield. If Sturridge can stay fit, this could be some team - although that's a big 'if.'

Liverpool, however, were massively helped by an awful, awful Aston Villa side.

And former Villa man Jordan Graham couldn't believe what he was seeing. Indeed, the Wolverhampton Wanderers forward has been out injured after starring for Wolves earlier this season.

Watching his old club, Graham tweeted that the atmosphere must be 'toxic' at Villa Park...

As well as the Wolves star, Villa loanee Gary Gardner also took to Twitter. The Nottingham Forest midfielder couldn't utter any words, however.

Indeed, Gardner - who also suffered defeat with Nottingham Forest yesterday - simply posted the following...

Neither Wolves nor Nottingham Forest are enjoying superb campaigns - but they are in far, far better shape than Aston Villa...

And they may even be when they play them in the Championship next season.
