As most dedicated fans go, this guy has to be up there.
Sometimes we take for granted the fact that we can jump on a train or get a bus and go a long to a Premier League game without too much hassle.
However, there are millions of fans around the world who sacrifice plenty to be able to turn up to watch their favourite Premier League team play.
Remember last year when Malaysian Ric Wee turned up to see Everton, only for the game to be postponed? Well, we reckon we have found a fan who has even worse luck than that.
Enter Australian football fan Steve Ladgrove who is unfortunate enough to be an Aston Villa fan... I guess someone has to be.
Well, Steve was looking forward to only his second ever Aston Villa match:
And he even got a tweet back from Villa, who tweeted this:
Aston Villa FC (@AVFCOfficial) February 14, 2016
Well, sadly for Steve, who had traveled 10,536 miles, he saw Villa get well and truly thumped 6-0 by Liverpool, with many fans leaving well before the final whistle.
While many fans would probably just give up on football, this Villa fan is looking forward to his next match at Villa Park and still managed to have a good time despite the scoreline so we have got a lot of time for this!
Good banter between fans. Thanks for all the retweets and likes and banter. Good stuff.— Steve Ladgrove (@steveladgrove) February 14, 2016
