United suffered a 2-1 defeat to Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Sam Allardyce’s side scored their second goal of the game on 82 minutes when Lamine Kone's header from Khazri's corner went in via a deflection off David de Gea.
Former United defender Ferdinand was following the game, and he was disappointed with the final result. The former England international centre-back also picked John O’Shea as the ‘Man of the Match’.
O’Shea, who joined Sunderland from United in the summer of 2011, started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes.
The Republic of Ireland international defender took one shot, had a pass accuracy of 73%, and made two interceptions, 12 clearances and one block.
