Brighton consider recall for in-form Forster-Caskey

HITC Sport understands Brighton could recall in-form midfielder from loan at MK Dons.

Brighton & Hove Albion are considering recalling midfielder Jake Forster-Caskey from his loan spell at MK Dons.

Foster-Caskey is in his second loan spell at MK Dons this season after rejoining the club in January.

The 21-year-old shone during his first loan spell at stadium mk and Karl Robinson was keen to have him back at the club to aid their survival bid.

The skilful midfielder has been earning rave reviews since returning to MK Dons with a number of eye-catching displays.

Foster-Caskey scored the winner for MK Dons in Saturday's impressive victory at promotion hopefuls Derby County with a superb free-kick.

Brighton boss Chris Hughton has been keeping tabs on Foster-Caskey's progress at MK Dons and is considering recalling him to boost his side's chances of automatic promtion to the Premier League.

Despite being only 21 Foster-Caskey has made over 100 appearances in his career and he has earned 15 caps for England at Under-21 level.

Foster-Caskey is expected to be named in Gareth Southgate's squad for next month's European Championship qualifier against Switzerland.
