Confirmed Celtic line-up v Ross County: Johansen starts, Kazim-Richards on the bench

Celtic U-20s

Here is how Celtic line up to face Ross County this afternoon...

Celtic starting line-up: Gordon; Lustig, Boyata, Sviatchenko, Tierney; Brown, Bitton; Mackay-Steven, Johansen, Armstrong; Griffiths.

Celtic substitutes: Bailly, Izaguirre, Mulgrew, McGregor, Kazim-Richards, Rogic, Forrest.

Celtic will be looking to exert some revenge on Ross County this afternoon, with the two sides meeting for the second time in two weeks.

The Bhoys lost 3-1 to Ross County in the Scottish League Cup last month, in a result which piled the pressure on manager Ronny Deila - and the Norwegian desperately needs a strong performance this afternoon.

Celtic sit level with Aberdeen at the top of the Scottish Premiership, and whilst they have a game in hand on the Dons, a win this afternoon would be a huge boost for Deila.

Today, Deila has named January signing Erik Sviatchenko in the heart of his defence alongside Dedryck Boyata, whilst Stefan Johansen plays in attacking midfield despite a poor season to date.

Leigh Griffiths continues up front on his own despite a decent partnership with new signing Colin Kazim-Richards against East Kilbride last week, with Kazim-Richards left on the bench this afternoon.

Other substitutes include Emilio Izaguirre, Charlie Mulgrew, Tom Rogic and James Forrest, as Celtic chase a vital win this afternoon.
