Dominic Poleon also came on that day. He left the club less than a month later, joining current club Oldham Athletic.
Other players on the bench who are no longer at the club include current free agent keeper Stuart Taylor and Fulham striker Matt Smith.
Scott Wootton remained an unused substitute, as did the then little known Charlie Taylor. Lewis Cook came on for his first league appearance at Elland Road.
Dave Hockaday became the first managerial casualty of the season at Elland Road with this going down as his only league win. He went to Swindon Supermarine, popped up as Coventry City caretaker and then had a forgettable stint as Kidderminster Harriers boss.
