The midfielder is not afraid to rattle cages since joining Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham Hotspur starlet Dele Alli has been fantastic for the club this season after finally sealing his permanent arrival at the club after his loan spell at former club Milton Keynes Dons.
One man who has been very impressed with his performances is Thierry Henry.
The Arsenal legend placed him in his Premier League top four XI on Sky Sports News earlier today (12/02/2016) - the only Spurs player who made the cut.
But he lavished praise on the young England international, highlighting his tenacity as one of his best attributes:
"He is a great guy. He can score, he can see a pass. But what I love about him, maybe because he played in League One with MK Dons, he can put a tackle (in).
"He works hard and he is in your face sometimes, I like that. He argues.
"I like that he argues and he is in your face. He will put his foot in.
"But he will score you some great goals, for me so far the goal of the season - Dele Alli."
Alli certainly has a little streak in him that has endeared him to many a fan.
The teenager is not afraid to get stuck in and rattle the cages of pros certainly more experienced than himself - and he does so with an element of swagger.
There is no wonder Henry is a fan.
If Alli can continue to perform at his current level then he might make Henry's worst fears become real, by leading Tottenham Hotspur to a Premier League title.
