HITC Sport understands the Wales international is set to join League One hopefuls.
Fulham forward George Williams has agreed a deal to join League One promotion hopefuls Gillingham on an initial month's loan.
A number of clubs have enquired about signing Williams with Fulham happy to loan out the attacker so that he can get some valuable first-team experience
The 20-year-old has yet to feature for the first-team this season after recovering from an anterior cruciate ligament injury he sustained last March.
Williams suffered the injury while on loan at former club MK Dons, but he is now is back to full fitness and keen to be back playing regular first-team football.
The versatile attacker returned to action in September and has made eight appearances for Fulham's Under-21s as he works his way back to full fitness.
Williams, who made his debut for Fulham in August 2014, is highly-regarded at Craven Cottage and signed a new three-year deal at the club last January.
Williams is seeking a loan move away to get some first-team action under his belt as he wants to boost his chances of making Wales' squad for this summer's Euro 2016 finals in France.
Gillingham are currently fourth in League One and Williams' arrival will come as a welcome boost to Justin Edinburgh's side.
