Should Arsenal try to take advantage of the Chinese football boom?
The Chinese football boom shows no sign of slowing down.
In the past month Jackson Martinez, Alex Teixeira and Ramires have all completed big money moves to the country, with SkySports claiming West Ham's Dmitri Payet is the subject of a £38 million offer from an unnamed club.
The Mail report the Hammers are closing in on offloading flop Nikica Jelavic for £4 million to Beijing Renhe.
Here is a look at three players Arsenal could consider cashing in on while they can...
Frenchman Mathieu Flamini has been playing in recent weeks, but his limitations have been clear. With Francis Coquelin on the brink of a return and Mohamed Elneny set to get more involved, there will be less need for Flamini. The midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season and a bid would be very hard to turn down.
Mikel Arteta is set to be released at the end of the season, so getting money for him now is the smart move. When he has played this season he has looked below the standard he previously set, and at 33, faces the same struggle Flamini has in terms of getting playing time.
David Ospina is keen to leave Arsenal for regular playing time, and could be tempted by joining international teammate Jackson Martinez. Arsenal could need Ospina as a back up, but Petr Cech rarely misses games, and the Gunners could simply recall Emiliano Martinez from Wolves as cover, who impressed in the Champions League last season.
