Tottenham and Arsenal are also said to be keen.
The three teams in question are Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.
Bartra is apparently facing a losing battle for his Barca career - with plenty of top names ahead of him in the pecking order.
Bartra, who can play across the back four, would fit in with Arsene Wenger's playing philosophy and culd be a replacement for ageing German World Cup winner Per Mertesacker.
Tottenham are always on the look out for top young talent. Bartra's versatility and obvious ability would no doubt attract the interest of former Barcelona-native Mauricio Pochettino.
West Ham meanwhile would be more than happy to add another big name to their growing squad. The Hammers are moving to the Olympic Stadium in the summer and Bartra would be an eye-catching addition.
Bartra, according to the report, has a release clause of £19.5 million, but he would likely be available for much less.
