Middlesbrough fans are raving about Ritchie De Laet’s performance for them against Milton Keynes Dons last night.
De Laet was a January loan addition from Leicester City, and he has made a very encouraging start for Aitor Karanka’s side.
The Belgian came straight into Middlesbrough’s starting line-up against Blackburn Rovers at the weekend, and he continued to impress at stadium:mk last night.
Despite, De Laet’s impressive showing - Middlesbrough still could not pick up a victory against MK Dons.
Karanka’s men fell behind in the first half, but they fought back and scored a late equaliser through Jordan Rhodes.
It was De Laet’s cross which set-up the former Blackburn Rovers forward, and the full-back has taken much of the acclaim after the match.
Everyone going on about Rhodes... Ritchie de Laet is a baller— Daniel (@DanielOD96) February 10, 2016
