Boyce, who joined Ross County from Cliftonville in the summer of 2014, was in the final 18 months of his contract at Victoria Park and Ross County have extended his deal by a further year.
News of Boyce's new deal will come as a massive boost to Ross County ahead of their clash with Hearts on Wednesday evening.
The 24-year-old forward is expected to feature in Michael O'Neill's Northern Ireland squad in the Euro 2016 finals in France this summer.
