Zouma suffered a serious knee injury on Sunday and will be out of action for six months.
Sissoko has wished his French compatriot a speedy recovery and has posted the following message on Twitter, which when translated from French reads: “Courage my friend, you will come back a lot stronger.”

Zouma has been on the books of Chelsea since 2014 and has a contract until June 2019.
The France international centre-back has scored one goal and created one chance in 23 Premier League appearances for the Blues so far this season.
The former Saint-Etienne youngster has a pass accuracy of 80% and a shot accuracy of 15%, and has won 64 headers, four dribbles and 22 tackles.
