Spurs have a plethora of homegrown players in their squad.
Tottenham Hotspur are in the title race this season as they moved into second position in the Premier League at the weekend.
Spurs defeated Watford 1-0 as Leicester City thrashed Manchester City meaning Spurs are now the nearest competitors to The Foxes for the title.
The man behind the success has been Mauricio Pochettino - but he has done it with a group of talented young players rather than buying in a heap of new talent.
Their business has been limited and shrewd but whenever possible Poch has been happy to throw in a young talent.
"What Spurs fans love about his management style is that when he gets an injury, he is quite prepared to put a young player in.
"We've been talking about the longevity of managers, that affects bringing young players through. He is the opposite. He will put a young player in if he has too. He has no hesitation in doing that.
"So he has built up a fantastic team spirit."
Pochettino has retained faith with the likes of Harry Kane, Ryan Mason and Danny Rose during his time at Spurs and even brought through Tom Carroll and Josh Onomah to a more prevalent first-team place. He even suggested he was prepared to throw Cameron Carter-Vickers into the fray recently.
Pochettino is proving himself a real fan favourite and success is bound to follow.
Whether that will be the Premier League title or not remains to be seen.
