Manchester City have quite the list of talented players set to miss next weekend's vital Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur.
The report highlights the key players City must do without for the big fixture.
It reads: "The playmaker joins skipper Vincent Kompany, Kevin De Bruyne, Jesus Navas, Eliaquim Mangala, Samir Nasri and Wilfried Bony on City’s list of enforced absentees."
Multi-million pound injury list
It's an injury list to make Manuel Pellegrini sweat a little, despite the high quality players he can call upon in their place.
David Silva has three goals to his name this season and eight assists, while Kevin De Bruyne can boast 12 goals and nine assists.
Their absence will place pressure on Raheem Sterling to produce, a player who cost £49 million last summer from Liverpool.
They could not be up against a more menacing opponent than Tottenham Hotspur, who have lost just three league games this season and have conceded the fewest goals.
Then there is the worry that Spurs beat them 4-1 earlier in the season, and are one point ahead in the table. Having watched Leicester's result at The Etihad, Mauricio Pochettino will feel his Spurs side are capable of replicating that success, and City's injury list means they tackle the North London side the hard way.
