The West Ham United players were training today ahead of the FA Cup fourth-round replay against Liverpool at home on Tuesday evening.
West Ham will be looking to progress to the fifth round of the prestigious cup competition at the expense of their Premier League rivals.
The Hammers held the Reds to a goalless draw at Anfield last month, and they will be determined to win the tie tomorrow.
Slaven Bilic’s side were training today, and among those who attended the session was Joey O’Brien (see photos above and below).
O’Brien, who has been on the books of West Ham since 2011, is likely to start against Liverpool in place of Sam Byram at right-back.
Byram, who joined the London outfit from Championship side Leeds United in the January transfer window, is cup-tied, while James Tomkins is injured.
This means that 29-year-old O’Brien is likely to fill in at right-back, and he was training with the rest of the West Ham squad today.
Another player who was training was Reece Oxford, who is only 17 years of age and is highly rated.
Oxford, who can play as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder, was quite serious during the session (see photo below).
